COVID-19 Response

To our Filtrex Customers,

 

As we continue to monitor the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) with the rest of the world, we recognize that our commitments to our clients, our employees, and our communities move front and center. Our priorities at this time of uncertainty are: to keep our employees safe, to serve our clients, and to be a responsible member of our community.

 

As an essential provider for preventive maintenance for all of your HVAC/ Refrigeration needs, we are doing our best to ensure the safety and health of our technicians as well as our clients. 

 

We want you to know we are taking very important measures to make these difficult times as positive as possible. We understand the risks you and your staff face everyday and we want to  provide you with the best possible services and be prepared for any access requirements you may have during this time of need. 

 

Safety has always been a top priority at Filtrex Service Group, and the training we are providing to our employees both on and off the front line about COVID-19 is an extension of our safety measures.

 

 Some of the steps we are taking to ensure safety and health are:

  • We will require each tech to fill out a “fit to work” questionnaire that will help us to ensure that all of our employees are healthy and capable of performing their duties. We are constantly educating our employees on the symptoms of this virus. 

  •  We have supplied all of our field technicians with sanitation wipes and disinfectant spray for their tools and equipment as well as gloves, masks and safety glasses.

  • Most of our administrative staff are currently working from home to help the spread of the virus within the office, our staff is fully equipped to provide the best service and are available to you as always.

 

We follow the critical information provided by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization and we are watching it closely to update our practices as necessary. 

 

Please let us know if you have any specific requirements for your stores, we will gladly accommodate to the best of our abilities to follow all requirements set forth by your organization.
